Leigh has been a CSR expert and advocate for over 25 years. She set up and led the UK CSR function for Sage Group plc for nine years before establishing their global charitable foundation.

Rick is an experienced strategy consultant and purpose-driven business leader. He has dedicated his last 10 years on helping businesses with their sustainability journey, founding an award-winning social enterprise and leading the sustainability arm of a boutique strategy consultancy.
