Rick is an experienced strategy consultant and purpose-driven business leader.

The first 10 years of his consulting career was split between the corporate sector (with Accenture) and the charity sector. The last 10 years have been dedicated to helping businesses on their sustainability journey, founding an award-winning social enterprise and leading the sustainability arm of a boutique strategy consultancy. He now works to inspire businesses to drive positive environmental and social change.

As well as leading client projects Rick is a judge with the Global Good Awards, a trustee of Uganda Creates – a small charity supporting young people to improve their livelihoods, and board advisor to Avery & Brown – a brand agency working with purpose-led businesses. He’s also an RSA Fellow.
