Leigh has been a CSR expert and advocate for over 25 years. She set up and led the UK CSR function for Sage Group plc for nine years before establishing their global charitable foundation.

An experienced practitioner and strategist, Leigh is SEQM qualified in Advanced Corporate Social Responsibility and ISO 26000.

Leigh is a trustee for The Key and is a founding member of Beyond CSR, a working group that engages companies in moving beyond traditional business-charity relationships towards a more mutually beneficial model centred on Shared Value.
