Isabel’s career has been focused on social impact.

She set up the international part of Salesforce.org, which she ran for 12 years. Prior to that she worked for Oxfam and Amnesty International for 12 years.

Isabel has worked globally with businesses of all sizes across sectors, and is a non-executive director at AIM-listed digital transformation company TPXimpact, where she chairs the ESG Committee and the RemCo.

She is on the board of Big Give, the UK’s largest match-funding charity, and is a careers advisor for MBA students at the Saïd Business School, Oxford University.
